Cool Land began its journey in 2006 with the establishment of its main branch under AYED SAAD AL HASHEM TRADING EST. in Batha, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Since then, we have been committed to supplying genuine, high-quality HVAC and refrigeration products, serving commercial, industrial, and residential projects with reliable solutions and exceptional customer service.
As our business continued to grow, we expanded our presence within Riyadh by opening a second branch on Takhassusi 30th Street, allowing us to better serve our growing customer base. To further strengthen our operations and ensure efficient inventory management, we established a dedicated warehouse in Al Sulay Industrial Area, Riyadh, enabling faster product availability and timely deliveries across the Kingdom.
In addition to our operations in Saudi Arabia, our sister concern, Cool Land Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Spare Parts Trading LLC, was established in Deira, Dubai, UAE. Operating independently, it shares our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction while serving customers throughout the GCC region.
